We spend time on every wheel to make sure the alloys look perfect every time. The alloys are stripped and cleaned, then repaired before being thoroughly powder coated and lacquered. Preparation
All wheels are chemically cleaned and stripped of all paint, then vapour blasted to ensure they are completely clean. They are then dried in our industrial oven.
Repair
Once your alloy has been cleaned, our team of professionals will repair any damage they have found. One of the reasons our experts will do this is to ensure a clean and smooth finish to the powder coating.
Powder Coating
When your alloys are ready and fully prepared, our team will heat the alloys up to the correct temperature and apply the powder coating. You will be able to choose from a range of different colour and finishes to help improve the look of your vehicle. They are given a primer coat, a powder coat and a lacquer coat.
